Electrical work around the bay
Dead circuits, panels, rewiring, four-point repairs, surge protection, generator hookups and EV chargers in Hillsborough and Pinellas.
What we do
Houses, mostly, and the electrical problems they actually have. A circuit that died after a storm, a Federal Pacific panel an insurer will not write, a 1950s block home still on aluminum branch wiring, a generator that needs a proper way into the panel, a charger the existing panel has no room for.
Most of the job is the part people do not see: the load calculation before anything gets added, the permit, the meter appointment with Tampa Electric or Duke, the surge protector the code asks for on a new service, and the inspection at the end.
We talk it through in English or Spanish.
Where
Tampa from South Tampa and Seminole Heights to New Tampa; Brandon, Riverview and Carrollwood in Hillsborough; St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo and Pinellas Park across the bay, along with the beach towns and the communities in between.
Each city permits electrical work through its own building department, and each area has its own page with the rules, the power company and the houses that matter there.
